About Relax Max

I'm Kelly Hody and I know all too well how easy it is to get caught up in the cycle of being busy.

With three businesses, my schedule is always full and then there's the ever-present mental load.

I have learned though, that when I regularly take time out for myself I become more motivated and more productive during 'work time'. When I consciously engage in relaxing activities I sleep better and my mood improves. When I spend time doing things I love and recharging my batteries, I am less likely to feel overwhelmed or anxious when under pressure.

A relaxed me is a better me.

One of my favourite ways to relax is to put on a sheet mask and soak in a warm, beautifully scented bath with a book (and maybe a glass of wine) and so the idea of Relax Max was born. Relax Max is all about beautiful bathroom products designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing, while you take time out for yourself.

Why Relax Max?

When my sister and I were kids, we used to drive our Mum mad by telling her to 'Relax Max' when she was stressed. Now that I'm all grown up I understand how infuriating this must have been, but back then we thought it was hilarious. Relax Max is a tribute to my beautiful Mum, and the remarkable job she did raising two strong-willed daughters who turned into pretty decent humans, if I do say so myself.
